Part Time position | matm

c 15 hours / week (flexible)

We are seeking a part time office administrator to join the team at our offices in Central Telford

  • Accounts
    • Raising and sending invoices to customers
    • Liaising with debtors over payments
    • Making payments to suppliers
    • Liaising with the bank as required
  • Supporting team with
    • Answering incoming calls
    • Assisting with job quotes – liaising with clients and suppliers as required
    • Printing small jobs internally
    • Ordering print consumables and stationery as required
    • Organising couriers
    • Posting pre-written social media and matm web posts

The successful candidate will possess good level of Maths, English, and communication skills, and will enjoy working in a small but growing team.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience and skills
