Part Time position - Maternity Cover | matm

matm is seeking an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail for maternity cover position. Part Time Position, five days a week.

Tasks include:
  • Checking morning print delivery notifications - updating customers and job tracking software.
  • Assisting in placing of print orders - producing quotations, placing orders with suppliers, liaising with customers and updating all details relating to invoicing in the process. Includes check/ quote / process for Council Tender ordering
  • Process client call off orders for print and deliveries.
  • Preparation of jobs for invoicing and sending approved invoices to customers. Importing approved invoices into XERO.
  • Managing client domains - liaising with customers on renewals
  • Update of customer spreadsheets with new jobs and status
  • Check supplier invoices and uploading approved into Hubdoc
  • Assisting accountancy / book keeping team as required
  • Processing client payments via credit card
  • Assisting team as required with proof reading, product entry etc
  • Administration tasks as required - update of customer details, preparation of courier deliveries, process of small receipts and expenses, scanning documents, answering calls, stationery/photocopier ink supply ordering.

Our office is based in the centre of Telford close to junction 5 of the M54. We’re close to Telford Central train station and Telford Bus Station.
