Office based, Telford Town Centre. Full time position.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week / Mon-Fri, Part time x 2 candidates considered
matm is looking for a talented individual to manage SEO & Content activity for our clients, (primarily B2B construction services / plant rental sector at this present time)
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for digital media and SEO and will:
- Have experience in working within web, SEO or content environment
- Have a good understanding on SEO best practices
- Be experienced in writing quality, engaging content for web
- Have experience in Web CMS systems such as WordPress
- Will be able to work alone as well as collaboratively with creative and digital teams
- Analytically minded with ability to identify trends and patterns within data sets
Your primary role will be helping to create and optimise content for search engine results pages.
SEO- Planning & Implementation of Activity (in conjunction with team)
- Full SEO site reviews
- Identify and brief technical improvements – Image, CSS, security, and sitewide amends
- On page improvements - Optimise existing pages with keywords, links, alt tags etc
- Generate new content – targeted regular content and specific SEO content
- Explore the use of AI generated content
- Google Business (citation) pages and Google Posts
- Backlinking - analyse and implement program
- Broken Link Checks
- Managing and generating keyword reports
- Add new keywords to reports
- Competitor evaluation and analysis of keywords
- Use of SEM RUSH / Nightwatch / Google Analytics
- AdWords evaluation and implementation where appropriate
- Deliver client reporting with actionable insights
- Content creation – gaining approval from clients, growing audiences and measure outputs
- Working collaboratively to produce engaging content
- Including AdWords / PPC management as required
